Tentang Pharmacy Student Association

The Pharmacy Student Association (HIMAFAR) is the student organization representing Pharmacy students at Universitas Batam. HIMAFAR serves as a platform for student representation, personal development, and student initiatives at the study program level.

For the 2025/2026 term, HIMAFAR operates under the Sadhanamerta Cabinet—a name derived from Sanskrit. “Sadhana” represents effort, hard work, and strong determination to achieve goals, while “Amerta” symbolizes prosperity, happiness, and a good quality of life

Vision

To establish HIMAFAR as an innovative and creative student organization that generates a positive impact on society.
To develop HIMAFAR into a solid, transparent, and progressive organization that serves as a platform for the personal development, leadership, and skill enhancement of Pharmacy students, enabling them to make meaningful contributions.

Mission

To strengthen external collaboration with student associations from other study programs and organizations outside the university.
To enhance the knowledge, skills, and expertise of Pharmacy students, particularly in operating laboratory equipment, handling laboratory materials, pharmaceutical compounding, and other relevant areas.
To improve leadership quality and foster healthy communication within HIMAFAR.
To expand networks and strengthen collaboration among Pharmacy students, both within and beyond the university.
To optimize and consistently implement HIMAFAR programs in an effective manner that provides meaningful benefits to students.
