UNIBA Psychology Students Become Finalists at EDFAIR 7.0

Three students from the Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Batam — Adam Malik, Ifana Novael Callista, and Najwaa Nuurafisah — successfully became finalists in the International Student Conference at the Economics Development Fair (EDFAIR) 7.0, organized by IMEPA, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sriwijaya.EDFAIR 7.0 carried the theme "Transformation of Consumer Behavior in the Digital Economy Era: Optimizing QRIS as a Payment Instrument Towards an Inclusive and Resilient Financial Ecosystem." In this competition, the three UNIBA students advanced to the Final Presentation & Discussion stage, held on October 28, 2025, in Palembang.This achievement is a tangible reflection of Universitas Batam students' enthusiasm for developing academic ability, critical thinking, and competitive skills, while also broadening their experience and contribution in student forums at a wider level.Congratulations to Adam Malik, Ifana Novael Callista, and Najwaa Nuurafisah on this proud achievement. UNIBA Psychology Students Win 2nd Place in Student Theatrical Competition

Students from the Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Batam, successfully won 2nd Place in the Student Theatrical Competition as part of the Batam Bersama Palestina #5 event, held on October 19, 2025.This achievement was earned by the Psychology Team UNIBA, consisting of 12 students: Adam Malik, Ifana Novael Callista, Farza Rahimni, Abdi Kristian Rex Gultom, Naila Fitriyah, Niken Maylina, Zilfa' Puspita Rossap, Shinta Ramanda, Diajeng Fara Putri Fatimah, Christine Paulin Sitorus, Putra Sani, and Naila Kalyca.Through their theatrical performance, the students demonstrated skill in performing arts, creativity, teamwork, and the delivery of a humanitarian message. Participation in this event provided a platform for students to channel their talents and creativity while taking part in an activity that carries values of solidarity and concern for humanitarian issues.This 2nd place achievement stands as a testament to Universitas Batam students' development of their non-academic potential, reflecting their enthusiasm for creating, collaborating, and contributing to the community.

UNIBA Psychology Students Achieve Success in the RUDI Competition

Amalya Dyta Nur Dzakya – Best Delegation, SMI Youth Exchange

Amalya Dyta Nur Dzakya, a student from the Medical Professional Program, Universitas Batam, has been awarded Best Delegation at the SMI Youth Exchange, a youth exchange and development program offering academic experience, leadership opportunities, collaboration, and international exposure.Throughout the program, Amalya and fellow delegates took part in a series of activities across three countries — Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. The agenda included a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Singapore, an academic visit to Universiti Malaya, project presentations, an awards session, and various city tour activities, including visits to the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, sites in Singapore, and Prince of Songkla University in Thailand.In recognition of her ability, contribution, and performance throughout the program, Amalya earned the title of Best Delegate, becoming the only female delegate to receive the award.This achievement stands as proof of Universitas Batam students' drive to continually grow, courageously seize opportunities on the international stage, and bring honor to their alma mater through positive achievements and contributions on the global stage.
