Tentang Management Study Program Student Association

The Management Study Program Student Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Batam, is a student organization that serves as a platform for developing the potential, aspirations, and leadership abilities of Management students. HIMAPRODI Management is committed to shaping students who are of high integrity, responsible, professional, creative, and capable of working collaboratively in facing challenges within both organizational settings and the professional world.

Through various work programs and organizational activities, HIMAPRODI Management serves as a learning space for leadership that aligns with the practical application of management principles. Every member is encouraged to develop their abilities in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, decision-making, and evaluating the activities and responsibilities they undertake.

With a spirit of togetherness, innovation, and professionalism, HIMAPRODI Management strives to cultivate a generation of students who excel not only academically, but also possess strong leadership qualities and managerial capabilities. HIMAPRODI Management at Universitas Batam serves as a platform for learning to lead, manage, collaborate, and grow together — preparing students to make meaningful contributions to the campus, the community, and the professional world.

Vision

To build a Management Student Association that is proactive, professional, innovative, of high integrity, and united, in developing outstanding management students who are ready to play an active role in the nation's progress.

Mission

To strengthen the organizational structure and working system of the Management Student Association to be effective, efficient, and sustainable.
To develop the potential, competence, and leadership spirit of Management students through various academic and non-academic activities.
To build solid collaboration with other study program student associations, both internally (within UNIBA) and externally (with other campuses).
To foster a sense of togetherness, unity, and mutual care among the association's board members and all Management students at UNIBA.
To serve as a platform and channel for the aspirations, talents, and interests of UNIBA Management students through various activities.
