Student Leadership Basic Training

Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM) is an annual program jointly organized by Management students and the Accounting Student Association of Universitas Batam as a collaborative initiative within the Faculty of Economics and Business.

The program aims to equip students with fundamental knowledge and skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, responsibility, and organizational management. Through LDKM, students are encouraged to develop their leadership potential and become active, disciplined, and responsible individuals who are able to make positive contributions to the university community and society.
