The Psychology Student Association of Universitas Batam is a student organization that serves as a platform for developing the potential, aspirations, and creativity of Psychology students. HIMA Psikologi plays an active role in supporting the academic and non-academic development of students through a variety of self-development activities, training programs, discussions, scientific events, community service, and the building of networks and collaborative partnerships with various parties.

To establish the Psychology Student Association as a professional, developmental, and social platform of integrity that contributes to the well-being of society.
Mission
To enhance the academic and non-academic competencies of Psychology students through self-development programs, training, and scientific activities.
To encourage innovation and creativity through mentoring, facilitation, and constructive discussion forums.
To develop the cadre formation and leadership of Psychology students who are ethical, professional, and possess integrity.
To carry out community service and psychological education activities that have a positive impact on society.
To serve as a platform for Psychology students' aspirations and to strengthen effective networks and cooperation with both internal and external parties.
