Training of Trainers

The Nursing Student Association of Universitas Batam conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT) on November 10, 2025. The activity was designed to provide students with practical skills in conducting basic health examinations.

During the training, participants received instruction on blood pressure measurement as well as the examination of uric acid, blood glucose, and cholesterol levels using a GCU device. The training was provided to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to perform basic health examinations properly and according to appropriate procedures.

Through the Training of Trainers, participants were expected to strengthen their competencies in basic health screening and apply these skills in various health-related and student activities, including health screening programs conducted within the university and the wider community.

The activity also served as an opportunity for participants to enhance their capacity and develop practical skills that can be applied in organizational activities and other community-oriented initiatives.
