Student Orientation and Leadership Training 2025

The Nursing Student Association of Universitas Batam conducted the 2025 Student Orientation and Basic Leadership Training (Inisiasi dan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa/LDKM) from October 16–18, 2025. The activity was attended by first-year students of the Nursing Study Program as part of the orientation and introductory program for new students.

The 2025 Student Orientation and Leadership Training aimed to familiarize new students with the Nursing Study Program environment while providing them with fundamental knowledge and skills in leadership and organizational activities.

Through this program, students gained valuable experience in developing teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and solidarity. The activity also served as an opportunity for new students to become more familiar with the Nursing Student Association and to build stronger relationships and a sense of togetherness with their fellow students.
