Fundraising for Sumatra Relief

The Nursing Student Association of Universitas Batam, in collaboration with the Pharmacy Student Association of Universitas Batam, organized a fundraising campaign on November 10, 2025. The initiative was carried out as a demonstration of student concern and solidarity toward communities affected by floods and landslides in various parts of Sumatra.

The fundraising campaign involved students in collecting donations that would be directed toward supporting the needs of communities affected by the disasters. The collaboration between The Nursing Student Association and Pharmacy Student Association represented a meaningful form of cooperation among students in carrying out social and humanitarian initiatives.

Through this activity, The Nursing Student Association and Pharmacy Student Association of Universitas Batam sought to foster empathy, social awareness, and solidarity among students toward communities facing difficult circumstances due to natural disasters.

The initiative also reflected the students’ commitment to contributing to society and helping those in need through meaningful humanitarian action.
