2024 Student Leadership Training (LDKM)

The Nursing Student Association of Universitas Batam conducted the 2024 Student Leadership Training (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa/LDKM) from December 16–18, 2024. The activity was attended by first-year students of the Nursing Study Program as an initial orientation and training program to introduce organizational activities and develop leadership skills.

LDKM 2024 was designed to provide first-year students with fundamental knowledge and training in leadership, teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and organizational skills. Through this program, students gained valuable knowledge and practical experience to support their participation in student activities throughout their studies in the Nursing Study Program.

The activity also served as an opportunity to foster a sense of togetherness and teamwork among first-year students while introducing participants to the organizational environment and activities of the Nursing Student Association.
