The UNIBA Language Centre (ULC) is a university facility established to enhance English language proficiency among students and the wider community. The Center develops the four core language competencies—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—through a range of specialized programs. Its main programs include Medical English, an English for Specific Purposes (ESP) program designed for students of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Sciences; TOEFL Preparation and Testing, which provides English language training and proficiency assessment for final-year students, academic staff, administrative personnel, and the general public; and Academic Translation Services, offering translation of abstracts and academic documents for students, faculty members, and university staff.

The Universitas Batam Library provides an extensive collection of books, scholarly journals, digital references, undergraduate theses, master's theses, doctoral dissertations, and various other information resources that support Education, Research, and Community Service. It also has a comfortable and conducive reading room that promotes independent learning, scholarly inquiry, and academic collaboration.

The Integrated Health Laboratory serves as an integrated practical training and clinical skills facility for students of the Nursing, Midwifery, and Medicine Study Programs under the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Health Sciences of Universitas Batam. The laboratory supports Skills Laboratory (Skill Lab) activities and integrated biomedical practical training across various health science disciplines.

Graha Bintang Hall is the University's principal venue for large-scale academic and institutional events, including seminars, conferences, graduation ceremonies, and other official functions. The hall is equipped with modern audiovisual facilities, a stage, and a comfortable waiting area, providing an appropriate setting for the successful organization of academic, professional, and ceremonial events.

Rumengan Hall serves as a venue for meetings, public lectures, and medium- to large-scale academic activities. The hall is equipped with presentation facilities, a sound system, and comfortable seating to support teaching and learning activities as well as a wide range of academic events.
