The Rectorate Building serves as the administrative and academic center of Universitas Batam. The building functions as the primary hub for academic and administrative services that support the University's overall operations. In addition to housing the executive offices of the University, it is equipped with meeting rooms, administrative offices, laboratories, student service facilities, and various academic support units that facilitate the effective implementation of academic and institutional activities.

This building serves as an academic center for undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Universitas Batam. The building is equipped with lecture rooms, seminar rooms, an academic hall, faculty offices, and various teaching and research facilities that support educational activities at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels.

The Hj. Bunda Halimah Teaching Hospital serves as the teaching hospital for students enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Sciences at Universitas Batam. The hospital supports clinical training, professional education, research activities, and competency development, enabling students to integrate theoretical knowledge with professional clinical experience.

Universitas Batam provides separate Male and Female Student Dormitories to accommodate students from outside Batam and the surrounding regions. The dormitories are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and conducive residential environment that supports students' academic activities while fostering personal growth and character development throughout their studies at the University.

The OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) and CBT (Computer-Based Test) Centre is a specialized facility designed to support the standardized assessment of medical students' competencies. The Centre facilitates the administration of clinical skills examinations, computer-based assessments, and various competency evaluation activities in accordance with the Indonesian Doctor Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia – SKDI).
